  50.      The last difference between the two methods is what you can do with the message.  With the phone call, your notes of the call can be transcribed, but with EMail, the message is in a form that can be readily printed or edited with a word processing program.  Also, the process of transcribing notes is by its nature very inexact, thus there are many opportunities for the entry
